Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent service and manage guests’ relations in a professional manner
  • To assist the Supervisor and manager in motivating and directing team members in providing efficient and courteous service to guests in the restaurant
  • To achieve efficient operations whilst keeping a clear focus on JUMBO SOPs
  • To constantly monitor staff grooming, attitude and degree of professionalism to ensure their strict adherence to JUMBO standards of quality service
  • To acquire in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage Menu Items, in order to recommend items to guests
  • To ensure consistency in quality and presentations of all food and beverage served
  • To interact with guests for the purpose of building relations and gathering constructive feedback
  • To assist the Manager to conduct and / or follow up on training(s) for staff to meet performance standards
  • To assist the Manager to monitor and follow up with administrative tasks
  • To maintain good housekeeping practices
  • To ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment within the department
  • To perform any other duties / tasks assigned by superior

 

Requirements:

  • Working experience in F&B industry will be preferred
  • Have a Positive attitude
  • Have a passion in customer service
  • Training will be provided
  • Applicants with no experience are welcome
