Job title: HR Administrator(Recruitment)

Location: Tampines

Working Day: Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 8.00am-5.30pm

Salary: up to $4,000

Benefits: AWS, Quarterly Bonus, Annual Leave 16 days


  • Plan and administer the entire recruitment process to meet the Company’s manpower acquisition plan and ensure Corporate objectives are met
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities
  • Review and draft job placement advertisement
  • Source and manage the employment agencies for job placement
  • Accountable for compilation of recruitment/ manpower/ attrition statistics
  • Update and maintain employee record in the SAP system
  • Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons for employees’ turnover to identify action plan for improvement


  • Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation
