We are hiring Assistant Manager for leading name in hospitality industry.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
- Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
- Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
- Managing a team of 6-10 people.
Key competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
- You have a solid prior experience within Sales.
- You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
