Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Acting as the escalation point for queries from other customer-facing teams
  • Attending to queries from sensitive clients and deep-diving into questions that need to be solved,
  • Handling and reducing escalations by actively problem-solving user queries, drafting bulletproof responses/response templates and SOP
  • Working closely with other teams, such as the product, onboarding, compliance, legal, and marketing teams, to resolve the queries
  • Building documentation for other team members to handle escalation-level cases themselves

The Profile

  • You must have very strong writing & verbal communication skills
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • You enjoy talking and helping others
  • You have a positive get-it-done attitude and are proud to contribute to the success of a fast growing startup
  • You have a strong interest in learning all about fintech, financial services, and becoming an expert on our products & services
