Customer Service Officer (Perm/ 5.5 Days Work Week)
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback via phone and email.
• Perform service recovery and prepare service reports.
• Participate in service improvement projects.
• Answer hotline calls and addressing service enquiries.
• Manage service data which include data entry, updating of data, etc.
• Minimum GCE “A" Level
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Customer Service Experience
