Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback via phone and email.
• Assist in events coordination
• Follow-up with user's requests on set up etc
• Participate in service improvement projects.
• Manage service data which include data entry, updating of data, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “A" Level
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Customer Service Experience
