Senior Officer, Business Process and Administraion, Personal Financial Services

Job Responsibilities:

You will be part of Business Support Team providing settlement instructions for Treasury trades done by Client Advisors to various operation units, ie. Custody Team, Treasury Settlement Team and Deposit & Payment Team respectively.  You will be responsible to ensure completeness of incoming documents before processing.  You will be trained to handle document check and processes in different products.  You will gradually be trained to be an all-rounder.
 
  • Bonds (purchase & redemption)
  • Structured Notes (purchase & redemption)
  • Equity Linked Structured Notes (placement/shares delivery)
  • Reversed ELSN / Covered Call (placement/shares delivery)
  • Maxiyield and ELSN (document check before account creation)
  • Equity Trading (document check before account creation)
  • Structured Deposit (redemption)
  • Handling of corporate action issues etc.
  • Transfer of shares to various counterparties.
 
Job Requirements:
 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
