Job Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised service to phone-in enquiries and feedback from customers
  • Provide immediate attention to customers' needs and follow-up with appropriate resolution

Job Requirements

  • Degree, Diploma, GCE 'A' or 'O' level with working experience in the service industry
  • Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs
  • Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Possess strong PC and internet skills
  • Willing to perform overtime and staggered shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Working Location - Jurong East, Miworld (Nearest MRT - Jurong East) OR Aljunied (Nearest MRT - Paya Lebar)
