You will be part of a dynamic HR team that looks into the area of Rewards and Performance Management. You will plan and manage the annual ranking and promotion exercise which involves reviewing existing framework and initiatives. You will manage and review rewards and recognition processes to support salary increases, promotion and bonus payments. You will also review and implement salary and/or benefits proposals of MOM officers. You would also take on various HR projects to help the Ministry to identify, develop and reward officers’ contributions and performance.


  • Tertiary Qualifications 
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experiences 
  • An understanding of the workings and work processes of the Civil and Public Service, is advantageous.
  • Other key attributes:
i. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills 
ii. Meticulous with an eye for detail
iii. Highly logical with strong analytical skills
iv. Team player, able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
