Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with business consulting services such as block chain project online channel.
  • Track in a timely manner and maintain good relationship with key customers by giving on-time, reasonable and effective feedback.
  • Enhance user satisfaction and assist the customers with patience.
  • Assist with the establishment and conduction of the customer community with third-party platform.
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities related to customer support.

 Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above in any relevant fields of study.
  • Prior experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English, highly adaptable to work place pressure and challenges
  • Patient and conscious about high quality customer services
  • Prior experience handling VIP/key customers is added advantage.
